Our Meet & Eat at Espresso Twenty5 on Saturday 11 April saw another fantastic turnout, with 12 MX-5s and 23 members gathering to enjoy a relaxed morning of coffee, brunch and conversation.
With perfect Gold Coast autumn weather turning it on once again, members enjoyed the opportunity to catch up, admire each other’s cars and share plenty of stories, laughs and future driving plans.

Located within The Boat Works precinct at Coomera, Espresso Twenty5 has become something of a hidden gem for car enthusiasts, combining great coffee, relaxed atmosphere and an unmistakable motoring flavour. The café is well known for its bakery-style treats, quality coffee and enthusiast-friendly setting alongside the impressive Garage 25 collection.
The adjacent Garage 25 houses an amazing private collection of classic, vintage and race cars, motorcycles and motoring memorabilia curated by touring car legend Tony Longhurst. With everything from vintage American cruisers through to historic race machinery on display behind the café’s expansive glass walls, it provides the perfect backdrop for a morning shared among fellow enthusiasts.
Events like these continue to highlight that the MX-5 Owners Club SEQ is about more than just the cars — it’s about the people, the friendships and the shared enjoyment of great destinations, great roads and great company.
