The Club acts solely as a platform for advertisements and does not act as a seller, agent, broker or intermediary in any transaction.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, pricing and ownership of items offered for sale.
Buyers are responsible for undertaking their own enquiries and inspections prior to purchasing any vehicle, part or item. The Club does not verify the condition, ownership, authenticity, legality or roadworthiness of any item listed.
The MX-5 Owners Club SEQ accepts no responsibility or liability for:
- the accuracy of listings,
- the condition or suitability of items,
- disputes between buyers and sellers,
- loss, damage or financial harm arising from transactions,
- or any misleading or fraudulent conduct by users.
Listings must:
- relate primarily to Mazda MX-5 vehicles, parts, accessories or related automotive items,
- comply with all applicable laws,
- be respectful and appropriate in nature,
- and be submitted by private individuals only.
Commercial advertising, dealer listings and business promotions are not permitted.
Listings will generally remain active for a maximum of 90 days unless removed earlier or renewed by the seller.
By submitting images with a listing, the user confirms they own the images or have permission to use them and grants the Club permission to display those images on its website and associated communications for the purpose of promoting the listing.
Users should avoid publishing sensitive personal information publicly. Contact arrangements between buyers and sellers are undertaken at their own discretion and risk.
The Club reserves the right to edit, refuse or remove any listing at its discretion and without notice.
